Because Resonate Life Water is a consumable health and wellness product, our return policy is designed to balance your satisfaction with the health and safety requirements that apply to perishable dietary supplements. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction window from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any eligible reason, you may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days of the delivery date confirmed by carrier tracking.

Glass bottles are fragile. Despite our careful packaging, damage during transit can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged:
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted as we are unable to confirm the condition of the product at the time of delivery. Upon receipt and verification of your damage claim, we will issue a full replacement shipment or refund at no charge to you. We may file a carrier claim on your behalf and may require cooperation with that process.

If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to accommodate you. Exchanges are available for eligible unopened products within the 30-day window. You may exchange your product for another Resonate Life Water package of equal value (e.g., Discovery Journey for Transformation Path, with the price difference applied as a credit or charge as applicable).
To request an exchange, contact us at contact@resonatelifewater.com with your order number and the product you would like to exchange for. We will send the replacement product once we receive the original.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@resonatelifewater.com or 1-888-545-4357. We process and ship orders quickly, often same-day or next-day. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our standard return process applies.
If we are able to cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
