2. Products and Health Disclaimer

Product Description

Resonate Life Water is a dietary supplement product consisting of living probiotic cultures delivered in H3O2 structured water. Products are sold in premium 32 oz glass Boston Round bottles with UV-protective Cosmic Nebula shrink sleeves. Current offerings include:

• Discovery Journey — 8 bottles (32 oz each), 4-month supply — $750
• Transformation Path — 16 bottles (32 oz each), 8-month supply — $1,200

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from actual products. We reserve the right to modify product formulations and descriptions. Continued use of a product following a formulation change constitutes acceptance of the change.

3. Ordering, Pricing, and Payment

Order Acceptance

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel orders if a product is unavailable, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Any promotional pricing is valid only for the specified promotional period. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and notify you of the correct price before reprocessing.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available through our Shopify-powered checkout. Payment is charged at the time of order placement. All transactions are processed securely through our payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US territories, or international destinations at this time.

Handling and Fragility

Our products are shipped in premium 32 oz glass Boston Round bottles. Glass is fragile. We package all orders with care and appropriate protective materials. However, we cannot guarantee that carriers will handle packages without incident. In the event of shipping damage, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery or address corrections.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Due to the nature of our products as consumable health and wellness items, returns are subject to specific conditions. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.

All content on resonatelifewater.com — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, the "Cosmic Nebula" sleeve design, the Resonate Life Water brand name, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to Resonate Life Labs LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use for informational purposes is permitted.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RESONATE LIFE LABS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you in full.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve any dispute informally by emailing contact@resonatelifewater.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.
